Meghan has been a Registered Dietitian for over 15 years.
She holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition from Rutgers University and completed her dietetic internship at the New York Institute of Technology.
She is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and holds certifications in Adult Weight management Level 1 and Level 2.
Meghan’s primary role as a dietitian is to assist, educate and motivate her clients to obtain their health-related goals. By helping people set small, attainable, realistic goals she is a gentle source of accountability.
Meghan also enjoys providing presentations on a variety of health topics and partnering for events.
Outside of work, Meghan enjoys spending time with her husband and two children as well as getting involved in community events. She loves spending time outdoors but makes sure to find plenty of time to experiment in the kitchen.
